These Terms govern access to HapNear, a local discovery service operated by Grodify LLC. By creating an account or using HapNear, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Using HapNear
You may use HapNear to discover local businesses, view offers and updates, save content, follow businesses, and manage eligible business profiles. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity performed through your account.
2. Accounts
Keep your account credentials confidential and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account inside the app. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, or the service.
3. Business listings and verification
Creating a business draft does not guarantee approval. HapNear may request information reasonably needed to review ownership and listing accuracy. A business must be verified before it can publish offers or updates. Verification is not an endorsement of a business, product, price, safety practice, or legal compliance.
4. Offers and business information
Businesses are responsible for their hours, addresses, prices, availability, offer terms, redemption instructions, and published content. Offers may expire, change, or be subject to limits disclosed by the business. Users should confirm time-sensitive details directly with the business.
5. Acceptable use
You may not submit false listings, impersonate another person or business, bypass verification, scrape or disrupt the service, upload malicious material, misuse personal information, infringe intellectual property, or use HapNear for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
6. Reports and moderation
Users may report businesses or content. HapNear may review, limit, archive, reject, or remove content and may suspend accounts or businesses when needed to enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, or protect the service. We do not promise that every report will result in removal.
7. Third-party services
Maps, directions, websites, social pages, and business services may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave HapNear or use their services.
8. Service availability
HapNear is provided on an “as available” basis. Beta features may change and local coverage may vary. To the extent permitted by law, Grodify LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, products, services, or promises of listed businesses.
9. Intellectual property
HapNear’s name, branding, software, and original content belong to Grodify LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant HapNear a non-exclusive license to host, display, format, and process it as needed to operate and promote the service.
10. Changes and contact
